Pine oil is steam-distilled from the needles of this evergreen tree.
Invigorating when a few drops added to bath water. Useful hair tonic when diluted. Good air antiseptic & can be used as a steam inhalant to maintain healthy airways.
Combines well with other antiseptic oils, especially Cypress, Cedarwood and Eucalyptus.
In a rub it optimises healthy circulation and soothes and comforts everyday aches and pains.
Pine oil is an effective natural weapon against harmful germs. Its penetrating, woody odour is associated with cleanliness. Blended with Lavender and Lemon in a room vapouriser. Pine is invigorating, promoting feelings of strength and energy.
Properities: Refreshing, antiseptic and clearing.
Directions: Dilute 5% or less in a carrier / base oil before applying to the skin. Vapourise one to two drops of oil in your oil burner (always put water in the dish of your oil burner first then sprinkle one to two drops onto the water, do no allow the dish of your oil burner to run dry).
