This resin is extracted from a shurb and has a relaxing, calming effect on the mind and body.

The original form of incense in exactly the same form as used by the three wise men two thousand years ago.  In fact the use of resin as an aromatic substance can be traced back much further - over six thousand years.

Place a small amount onto a lit charcoal tablet, as the rocks melt the beautiful aroma is released.
