Cedarwood Atlas oil is steam distilled from wood chips, preferably from the heartwood..
This calming and soothing oil makes this a good oil for meditation. Assists in instilling confidence and for strengthening energies.
Properties: Fortifying, calming and opening.
Directions: Dilute 5% or less in a carrier / base oil before applying to the skin. Vapourise one to two drops of oil in your oil burner (always put water in the dish of your oil burner first then sprinkle one to two drops onto the water, do no allow the dish of your oil burner to run dry).
