Basil essential oil is produced by steam distilling the herb, resulting in a sweet spicy fragrance.

Properties: Strengthening, clearing and liberating.
Directions: Dilute 2% or less in a carrier / base oil before applying to the skin. Avoid prolonged use. Vapourise one to two drops of oil in your oil burner (always put water in the dish of your oil burner first then sprinkle one to two drops onto the water, do no allow the dish of your oil burner to run dry).
